Ok so I currently hace the Sany innuendo(lame) on boost and I pay the 50$ plan, I want to buy the Kyocera Hydro(I'm going to while I have the money), but when I buy it will I made able to just swap without a problem, or will i have to pay for the new plan to even be able to swap?

You'll have to have the $55 (or your current shrinkage rate + $5) in your account for the new plan. When you change your plan is when your new payment date will be. I suggest waiting until your month is due to activate the new phone and plan if you want to keep your current payment date
