How to disable UMTS but keep HSPDA and HSPA+?

Hi I am rooted with a SGS2 with Cyanogenmod Jelly Bean. I am rather new to Android. Can anyone please help tell me how to disable UMTS but keep HSPDA and HSPA+? Thanks!

Enter build.prop using root explorer.
Add this:-
ro.telephony.network_default=3
