0.00kb Internal Storage -- Help!!!!!

My wife has had her eLocity A7+ tablet (running Android 2.2 - rooted - with 4GB internal storage) for almost a year. She was trying to install an app and received a warning that the install could not be completed, due to lack of storage space. After checking, I was surprised to see she had 0.00kb of internal storage remaining. I removed all of her downloaded apps, cleared all app caches, and cleared her browser history. No change. Huh???? I then manually deleted dalvik-cache to free up 60mb, but was still not happy. I even did a factory reset, and reinstalled her firmware -- no change in available space. What????? Is there anything else I could try to fix this? Cheers!
