Gps and navigation

My GPS and navigation is not working after i have done factory data reset...... my net connection is ok but still showing location unavilable..... please help ??????

hi.... i found solution for my own problem.... try this it might work...
switch off and switch it on ........ when u switch on u will receive a pop up asking ur permission for allowing google location.......click agree and it might solve ur problem
but u must have data connection and activate gps to access my location

No, most phones now days have GPSes that can work without network assistance.

GPS need lock on you position which takes sometime, Android caches data needed to lock-on to make faster reuse, but if you didn't use GPS for long time or factory reset it will need to relock again. So best is to download GPS Essentials, go to satellite view to see if phone can hear sattelites and possition them well... and wait until soem of them become green and it will get coordinets Using Google Location usually speed ups the process
