Helllppp! Backing up EVERYTHING for factory reset?

I have an unrooted Samsung Galaxy SIII and I'm having issues opening the Play Store. It automatically shuts down when I open the application, so I can't even download a backup utility. So I'm thinking I'll reset the factory settings, but I don't want to lose pictures, videos, etc. I synced my contacts and everything I can backup through Google, but I don't know how to backup everything else. Is there either (1) a solution to regain access to the play store or (2) a way to save everything for later access? I don't have an external SD card either by the way.
