Hey guys 
. I was wondering how can i flash a Custom ROM for my ICS Alcatel OT-995? And from some instructions it tells me to go into recovery mode and do the stuff there, but once I try to go to recovery mode (power+volume down) it doesn't work and eventually it ends up with a dead anroid image and a Red triangle with a Exclamation mark, then eventually i have to hard restart my phone because of it >.< , So i was wondering if i can have some help please . And also I downloaded ROM Manager to back up my recovery image but , as I said before it leads me back into recovery mode,
