    I have an HTC One. I turn it off at night when it is fully charged,. Sometimes I leave the phone charging, sometimes I don't. Freaquently, the phone will turn on during the middle of the night by itself. ATT does not have an answer for why this happens. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Try installing Wake Lock Detector, and wait a day or so before opening it. It can tell you which apps or processes are waking the device up fully or partially.
