Alarm Clock doesn't turn the phone on?

My blackberry did, but my S4 doesn't turn on if it's off to sound the alarm. Is there an internal setting I can put on to fix this, or do I have to download a quick fix app for it? Thanks all!

Sorry, but nope... Once the phone's fully off, the alarm setting cannot bring it back to life unless it's already on and the system is running. BTW, your blackberry couldn't do it either, it's just that BlackBerries handle 'turning off' differently... they never really power down. You can power them down entirely with a combo of keystrokes but if you did that, even the alarm wouldn't bring it back on.
