Galaxy S4 alert notifications

Sorry if this has been asked before, this is my first post. I've just got my S4 and wondered if it was possible to set individual tones for facebook, email, texts etc? If it's possible could someone please tell me how to do it? As much detail as possible would be appreciated, I'm not the most smartphone savvy person in the world .

Welcome to the forums! Yes, in most cases you can set an individual ring tone for each app. For Facebook. Go into settings - notification settings - notification ring tones

It should be the same for any other App if the developer allows notifications.

Did you find it? When you open the settings it should be midway down under notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled and you should have access to the ring tone.
