Uberoid wifi problem

Hi, I hope this is in the right forum, if not apologies. I have just flashed A13 Uberoid v1.0 onto my A13 tab and I have 2 problems. One is that the entire screen seems to be offset slightly to the right but more importantly every time I try to switch on wifi it keeps going back to off again before I have a chance to even put the password for my router in. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this? All advice will be gratefully received and thanks in advance for any help.

EDIT: I have now flashed a different rom and this has solved the problem

I'm having the exact same problem. May I ask which was the rom you installed that solved your problem?
