Something is rearranging my icons on my home screeen!!!! :(

I dont know what is wrong but everytime i go to my galaxy s3 phone main home screen....the icons are moved around and some are moved to other places

this happened after i rooted my phone....

im wondering if its possible someone hacked into it?

(i live alone so i know no one is physically moving them)

can someone help???

Are you perhaps looking at one of the other homescreens available? There shouldn't be anything changing the icon locations without physically moving the app from one screen to the next.

Is it happening after going from landscape to portrait orientation or vice versa (assuming that's supported by your phone)?

True, but if the phone is rooted and there's some kind of custom ROM that allows for landscape orientation of the homescreens, maybe there's a bug that rearranges some of the icons when you switch back and forth between portrait and landscape. I'm not directly familiar with the S3, so I might be way out in left field on this one, but it was just a thought ...
