Google Voice and the S4

I have the S4 on AT&T and when I try to make phone calls it only gives me the Skype and normal dialer options. I went through and set up google voice/voicemail but still doesnt give me the voice option. Did I miss a step somewhere?

When you install the app and set it up there is an option to use Google voice for all outgoing calls,ask each time, or don't use for outgoing calls. You mightve selected the last option. I would suggest deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that fixes it

Ok I uninstalled and now its giving me three options.

Only use google voice for international calls
Do not use google voice to make any calls
Ask every time I make an international call

Those are the only three options I get

Do you only want to use it for international calls? I wouldn't think that would be the option but maybe that's a carrier specific thing
