I'm not sure that I'm following what you are requesting. Do you want to use the Internet from your phone for the Tab?

You'll need to have a Tab with mobile connectivity. If you do then you should be able to install the sim card. You might need to change apn settings, which there should be a menu for within the Tab settings.
