I thought that after the Google I/O App Data and Notifications were supposed to sync, but so far this hasn't been the case for my N4 and N7. For example, whenever I receive an email, I get a Gmail notification on both devices, however when clear the notification on one device, it still remains on the other. Any ideas on why this isn't working?

Makes sure both devices have synchronize enable.

Menu - system settings - accounts - Google

Also, from within the Gmail app: Menu - select your account - scroll down to sync and enable.

You'll need to do this on both devices. Let us know if you have further questions.
