Hi there, I will be new to Android come late August, question about ďlaginessĒ

Iíve always heard, from the time Android debut up to now about glitchiness/lagginess.

My Sprint guy says, yes, itís true. He has to reset his G4 once a week. (blech). Is there anything I can do to minimize this when I get my beautiful new Moto X?

No. I would just use it like normal. Early reports are that the Moto X is a great performer.

The S4 has some "unique" issues that Samsung needs to be fixed. I have a One, and it performs just fine. Same with the Nexus 4.
