I have a straight talk gs3 and I flashed a metro PCs cyanogen mod to it. Did doing so switch my data to the metro towers? Its gone from 4glte to sometimes 3g. Its basically sprint so would it be a good idea to flash it back to a sprint stock ROM? Thanks. Please answer ASAP
All depends on the radio files (if included) in the ROM you flashed. That is also the same piece that can cause a perma brick if it isn't the correct firmware.
I wouldn't personally flash anything else, I would just flash the proper straight talk modem if you can find it. Is it the sprint model gs3? If not, can you give us the model number please? And by straight talk modem, I mean the one it's supposed to have installed that's compatible which is why I need the model number.
