I may or may not be switching from Verizon to T-Mobile due to Verizon costing about 400$ a month for my phone, my sister's phone, and my mom and dad's phone. All that is irrelavent. I currently have the Galaxy Note 2, but it is very VERY sluggish. Samsung says it's because I'm using a launcher (I use Nova), but my phone should not slow down because of a home screen replacement??
Regardless, I would like a change. My options are Galaxy S4, Xperia Z, or HTC One. I would like a large phone (Note 2 is perfect size for me), all three of my options are much smaller than my current 5.5 mammoth. Whatever. HTC, Sony, and Samsung are all coming out with new phones, which will probably have larger screens.
I just want to know how the S4, Xperia Z, and One compare. I've never owned a Sony or HTC phone. The Note 2 is my first smart phone.
I want to know, who makes the better high end smart phone? Since S4, Xperia Z, and One are all the current newest phones, lets just compare those. When the new phones come out, I'll start a new thread comparing those three. I won't be changing to T-Mobile for a few months. Plenty of time for new phones to come out! :)
So yeah, S4 vs Z vs One. Start!

Welcome to the forums!
The sluggishness of the phone may be for a few reasons. Have you cleared cache in recovery? Here is how: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...ing-into-recovery-mode-galaxy-s2-s3-tab2.html
You can also go into Settings>Developer Options> Windows, Animation and Transitions (3 separate entries) scales turned down to .5.

As for phones, there is also the Moto X, the LG G2, and possibly the Note 3 all within a few weeks.

As far as switching, you should check out Sensorly .com to check on actual coverage maps. Sensorly gathers data from people who have the app installed on their phone and compiles the data giving a more accurate coverage map. This may help you from switching from a good coverage carrier to a worse one.
