I'm on a data plan, and I actually have unlimited texts on this particular plans. Does using Go SMS instead of the normal SMS change that at all??? Like does it cost money??

No as far as I remember GO SMS runs along side your stock messaging app and is more or less doing the same thing, just its own version over the stock app.... So it will still charge you texting rates same as your stock messenger app.

This is correct. I had that app for about 7-8 months. Do yourself a favor, look at a text app called textra. It is a much less "bloated" app and does virtually the same thing.

No SMS apps don't use data as long as they access SMS and not a social network. I use Handcent SMS, which has Handcent Talk (which I never use) and Handcent Talk uses data.

I second on Textra, however bubble chat style isn't for me, I like threaded style which is impossible to find other than Handcent and Go SMS Pro.
