[HELP] GS4 Sceen Black

My Galaxy S4 screen is just completely black. I can turn on my phone and even put in my pattern code on the screen, but it remains black. I have tried to reset it multiple times and I don't really know what to do. If there is a possible fix without having to get a repair I would like to know, but if you do have a suggestion I will gladly accept it.

So you don't have a launcher?Can you pull down the navigation bar to get to the settings?

Guessing that you are talking about my phone the answer is no. I cannot see anything on the screen at all. It is just completely black. The phone does turn on and it works as if it is fine, but I just cant see anything on the screen.
