On my 10.1" tablet, I opened an email from a dev that I had emailed, and they said that they have sent me the full version of the game I was querying (cool! ), in the attachment. They said to open the attachment and that it should install easily. So I opened it, but I don't know where it went. I have searched around in the Apkt app (can't remember the spelling) but there's too much to look in. I checked if it installed by itself - but its 17mb so I would have noticed anyway, I looked around in the email folders.
But I could spend hours looking and still not be looking in the right place.

So I'm hoping someone can tell me where attachments or downloads get sent to.
I want to check I got it and works, so I can email and thank them.

Are you using the Gmail app? Go back to the email, and scroll to the attachment. You should see a 3 vertical dot button on the right side of the attachment--tap it, and tap "Save." The attachment should save to your Downloads folder.
