    Hi All,

I'm loving my Nexus 5, my first Android phone.

I use Pattern Lock. I want to disable Pattern Lock when I'm at my home wifi. I did some research and it looks like apps can only turn off Pattern Lock when the phone is rooted. Is this true? I don't want to root my phone and I'd rather not have to enter Pattern Lock a hundred times a day. Any options? Thanks!

Hello B Diddy. Thanks for the link. However its a no go. This is from the SkipLock page: "Pattern and face unlock supported on rooted devices." So apparently there's something about Pattern Lock where root is needed before an app can mod it. Oh, well. Looks like I'm out of luck. I'll re-check this after new versions of Android to see if some future change will make it possible. Thanks again for the link!
