    HI to evryone,ihave many probles in my phone after the last update.lets get start!!!!!
    I can't open gallery,video,paper artist,photos,music apps.
    When i open the camera he dont show to me any that i can use for to make a foto or video.
    I can't downlaod nothing from the google play,only from samsumg apps.
    The touchWiz Home isin't resposing very ofen.
    He dont show to me the missed calls.
    Time to time generarl the phone freez and unfurtianly stop to work like (google search,internet,touchwiz home........).

    Please if someone can help me to save my foto and video of my daughter!

    I would suggest clearing the system cache in recovery. Here is how: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sam...2-s3-tab2.html

    This might help with many of your issues, as older system cache data is interfering with the new update.

    Wiping the cache partition will not erase any personal data like your photos or videos. But make sure you wipe the cache partition--don't select "wipe data/factory reset."

    Then, depending on the carrier, I'd bring it to one of their technical sites and ask them to a) recover the data (pictures, etc., and b) reflash the phone to pre-update status. Even Samsung has, according to rumor, unofficially, admitted that the update was a huge mistake.

    I don't know what else to suggest about fixing the phone, but have you connected the phone to your PC, and pulled the files out?

    Another thing to consider is removing the SD card. I have read other threads here that describe various problems that improve after removing it. Make sure to unmount the card first before taking it out.

    i doit but dont work!!!!!!!!!!!!just charge the battery!!!droopbox,cloud,all the media faild!!!!
    What about samusg they will make a new update to fix the proplem;
    You know somthink about this;

    I don't know what else to suggest about fixing the phone, but have you connected the phone to your PC, and pulled the files out?

    I dont have SD card in the phone!!!And when i go to the aplication manager in the SD Iits show to me 2 apps??????

    You may need to get updated Samsung drivers. They can be found on Samsung's website.

    The update you got was 4.3 - it's full of bugs and there's nothing you can do about it. Samsung supposedly has a 4.3.2 update coming out that fixes the bugs. You'll just have to wait for it.
