Which android version is more practic , and can i uptade to android kit kat ?

Welcome to Android Central! It's hard to say which version is more "practical." KitKat is the most recent version, and has various improvements and new features compared with Jellybean. However, there's always the possibility of a device having problems after any system update, because the modifications that the manufacturer or the wireless carrier make to the OS update can sometimes cause problems.

If your phone is unrooted (i.e., not modified to superuser status, which is not for beginners), then you can only update the OS if and when the manufacturer of your phone as well as your wireless carrier see fit to release an update. What phone do you have?

Go to Settings>About Tablet>System Updates, and check for system updates there.
