call blocker app on samsung query

i have a Samsung galaxy and using embware call blocker app. I blocked a number on app then deleted the app can that person still contact me? Or are all blocked contacts cancelled and they can now contact me?:-!

The app intercepts all calls and blocks the ones on the list. If you deleted the app, it no longer intercepts the calls so all calls should get through.
