I moved my SD card from my old Galaxy S2 to a new S2. The new phone reads/mounts the card, and I can see my photos, but it says there are no downloaded apps on SD. I have transferred SD cards between phones before with no issues (had to re-download apps, but all the game data was still on SD and I could pick up where I left off), but now games are starting brand new, even though game data is on this card. How can I get this new phone to recognize the app data stored on the SD from my old phone?
