I've recently fallen out with someone and basically they said they were going to be changing their number... Now I have the Stock Messaging App so I was wondering, if someone did change their number or block mine would a delivery report show up or would it just say pending? I send him texts and they say received?
I've called them a couple of times and it would just go to voicemail or ring and then voicemail up until yesterday, when now anytime I phone it says 'the person of the number you have dialled will not accept this call' I thought maybe he had blocked me but I've tried it off different numbers and it's the same message.
I can still send him texts through stock, sometimes it says pending - maybe no signal? But then it is always delivered and recieved by him.
What could be the problem? Has he blocked/changed the number or is he just blocking all calls?
