So, my DInc is malfunctioning. Haven't had any trouble of any kind recently. Did not download or start any new apps today.
It was on the car charger the last time I knew it was okay and when I got out of the car I put it my pocket without looking. When I took it out to use it - it was frozen. Completely black. I took out the battery (one of the extended life ones) and put it back in. It started up okay but seemed to be laggy. Then it froze again. Been through this several times.
None of this sounds good to me and none of it sounds fixable to me. But I figured it did not hurt to ask.
Ideas?(besides the obvious one of calling Verizon)
