Google Play Store Not Loading

The app is stuck on loading screen, despite restarts, clearing cache, etc. It won't load on my Nexus 5 (wifi or cellular data) or my NVIDIA Shield. Other apps that require internet seem to be working fine on both devices. This has been ongoing for at least a couple hours now. Anyone else?

Same here for me on my Nexus 5. Signed up here just to ask. Although it works fine on Wifi. But installed apps is not loading as well. I've done everything; date/time fix, clear cache, uninstall update and restart phone.
