    I have a T-Mobile note 3 that will not connect to LTE. I have already called T-mobile and they did a test of my area for LTE coverage, i have tried a new sim card, completed a factory reset of the phone, and went over the settings with tech support. After all this still no luck. The phone was once unlocked but it never worked properly so I went back to the original carrier. I have deleted all software from the unlock (that i know of). I don't have an issue with my text, calls, mms, anything just getting LTE. Right now I'm staying on E and I have all bars...other phones we have will have LTE in the same room. Any help or suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to Android Central! You've probably done this already, but go to Settings>Wireless & Networks>More>Mobile Networks​, and make sure "Preferred network type" is LTE.
