How do I set the ringtone that I've downloaded onto my Galaxy Discover phone?

Welcome to Android Central! It should detect the tone automatically. You might have to reboot the phone first. If that still doesn't work, use a file manager app like ES File Explorer to copy the ringtone into the Ringtones folder.
