When I open a link, on Google search or Facebook news feed, and then close it, I'm taken back to the top of the results/news feed page and not the place further down where I clicked the link. Any idea how I can stop this?? The most annoying flaw I've come across! (I'm using an asus tablet)

I'll long press the link so it opens the pop-up menu, then select to open it in a new tab. That works on Chrome, and I'm guessing other tab capable browsers have a similar function. This way you're not navigating away from the prior page and returning to cause it too reload.
