[Q] Blu Life 8 Password Problem

I installed a new sim card in my phone and when I rebooted the password didn't work. I tried removing the new sim card and putting in the old one, restarting the device, Google's device manager to lock and put on a new password, and hard resetting. Nothing has worked, the password remains and won't accept the right answer nor any of the Google lockout passwords. any ideas?

none of that works, a factory reset did nothing I mean how is that possible? I don't have USB debugging enabled so that won't work, I'm completely out of ideas :(
