My husband's Samsung Centra is stuck on the blue tracefone screen.

I have removed the battery and restarted the phone. The phone is holding a charge. I've also wiped the cashe, then rebotted. It goes right back to the blue screen.

Im not saying anything bad about tracefone but they tend to do update over there network and usually they only break the device happend to me and my cousin i say buy another phone. Unlocked phone's like blu smartphones that almost all are $200 and go with net10 BYOP plan or any other prepaid service.

They are really good devices you can search them by Bluproducts the have over 50 phones depending on usage and style.

Contact their tech support. Tracfone uses very proprietary firmware in their devices (the phone keeps the record of how much time you have left), so it's difficult for someone not at Tracfone to figure out what's wrong with their phones.
