Digitizer / Touch not working on T-mobile S4 but works on ATT / Sprint Motherboard

So I have a T-mobile S4 motherboard that when i connected 3 different i9500 lcd assemblies the touchscreen didn't work. When I connected those lcd assemblies to a ATT S4 and a Sprint S4 it worked perfect. Is there anyway to diagnose this? I couldn't find anyone else with a confirmed problem like this. Could it be possible that the T-mobile motherboard I have requires a specific digitizer firmware to work? Could the motherboard be damaged I couldn't find any info. Any help would be great.
The lcd board of the original t-mobile lcd (that is broken) reads "DS. HF. R R0.9 D18K"
