How to fix play store connection error when there is perfectly fine connection

I have a Samsung tab 3 so I there is no automatic date and time I have already force stopped the app and cleared the cache and cleared data I have now reset my device so there is no apps and it still won't connect what should I do :'''(

Welcome to Android Central! What kind of error are you getting? Do you have the most recent Google Play Store installed (5.0.31)?
