I have a Samsung Galaxy note 2, AT&T, and I'd like to get live wallpaper to display on my apps screen. I can't find information on how to do it. I've tried friends' various android devices and all of them have plain black backgrounds on the app screen.

This seems like such a simple thing, yet I can't seem to find out if it is possible or not... and if not, WHY?

Everything I can find online about wallpaper always applies only to the home screen. But I want to put matching wallpaper on the apps and widget screens as well.

Please, someone tell me how to do this... Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to Android Central! This is possible with the Google Now Launcher (which you can install), but not on TouchWiz. There might be various ways to do it if you root the device, or you could try other 3rd party launchers available on Google Play.
