Why am I getting error messages when I try to open my Playstore?

my playstore deactivate

I can't activate my playstore what can i do for this..the time i open it the message says u cannot download due to 491.

Welcome to Android Central! What device do you have? Try going to Settings>Apps>A, select Google Play Store, and Force Stop, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, then try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, and removing your Google account. Then go through the process of adding it back again.

Error 491 is usually cleared up using the second one - delete the Google account, then add it again. (It's probably caused by corrupted data.)
