Why does my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 turn off when the USB/Charger is connected?

Samsung Galaxy note 8.0 turning off when the USB/Charger is connected.

My tablet suddenly today started to turn off when in the charger without any reason, when i tried to restore factory data to see if it helped, it just when mad and now dont even turn on, stopping in the samsung logo part of the boot, it had a android 4.4.2 and i dont have any idea what it can be.

Welcome to Android Central! is the device rooted or unrooted? Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.
