I have a PC/laptop that has wired internet access. (no wireless)

Can I connect a cable from my Samsung S4 phone to the PC/laptop so I can access internet/data app services from my phone?

    Thanks

    To my knowledge... No
You would need to get a wireless router

Go to the desktop on the computer (assuming Windows). Press F1 (for help). Type in ics. You can use a wifi adapter in the computer as the connection between the computer and the phone.

Or you could just buy a wireless router, connect its WAN (or internet) jack to your current internet connection, connect the computer to the router with an Ethernet cable and connect the phone to it with wifi.
