How to transfer music & movies?

I looking into getting a new phone but I don't want to keep the same Google account I have now. When I get a new phone I would like to have a new Google and Google + account. Could I make a new one and be able to keep the same apps, music, movies etc. On the new phone without the same Google accounts? Help would be greatly appreciated!!

Can't be done. The purchases are on the account only.
