How do i Get my screen to turn back on?

A few days ago my screen spazzed out and went totally black and nothing works to get to work again.I have a perfectly fine smashing galaxy ring and My touchscreen works fine but i can't see anything on my screen. It works like the phone should except for the screen being completely black. Ive taken my battery out and put it back in again a lot but nothing works. Any advice?

Shine a light on the screen. Do you see anything but uniform black? If you don't, the LCD screen (or its driver on the motherboard) is shot. If you see shadows that could be the screen, the LED backlight (or its driver on the motherboard) is gone.

In either case, though, it has to go into the shop.
