Stock 4.4.4 battery drain (HTC One M7)

Hi everyone,


I turned my M7 to google play edition. Installed 4.4.3 then upgraded to 4.4.4 OTA. My wife is using this phone now and complains about severe battery drain like 50% or more in a couple of hours. Recently updated all google apps including google play services. Battery shows most drain coming from Androir OS and Google services.

Started to think about returning to stock HTC Rom with battery saving feature since it's not present in stock vanilla android. I searched a few topics here and nobody seems to have any solution apart from clearing cache.

It would help to see some battery stats. Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).
