    when I turn on it goes to go and it stays there. How do i get it to the home page. i tried reset a couple of times.

    Usually, unless you installed something knowingly shady, a virus is highly unlikely.

    However, I still don't quite understand what the issue here is. What are you trying to do? Browse a webpage? Have your browser 'start' at your homepage?

    Welcome to Android Central! What device do you have? What do you mean that "it goes to go and it stays there"? Is it frozen on the brand logo during the boot process?
