s3 software problems

:-\ hi ive a s3 and ibought it 5 weeks ago brand new and it says in software updates device modified and status custom and i havent tampered with it just disabled a few apps Thanks ???

Re-enable those apps, turn the phone off for a few seconds, then turn it on. If that doesn't fix it, bring it back and ask the seller for help - it's still under warranty.
