Why does my Jabra Tour voice commands say that it is Not supported?

Hello, I have a lg g2 that I'm trying to connect to a jabra tour. I can pair them both fine I can talk and receive and reject phone calls with out touching. But if I try to phone out using the voice control (pushing the voice control button) it says unsupported! Is it a setting I'm missing? I have enable voice mate on lock screen and tried enabling Google settings to work on lock screen and blue tooth headset! Still says unsupported! The jabra website says my phone is compatible! Want help would be great!

Mine started to do this after my phone got wiped and all the apps reloaded. I have a Moto X Play and I got the jabra tour to work with Moto voice. But it would not work when I pressed the voice command button on the jabra unit itself. I got the same "not supported" voice message. I also use Nova Launcher instead of Google Now. Turns out I needed to enable permissions for Nova Launcher to access my phone. Once that was done it worked.
