    I have a Galaxy S4.2.2, AT&T carrier.

The other day I was trying to clear up memory space and I deleted all files under Setting > More > Storage > Miscellaneous files. This deleted all my S Memos, What's App pictures and videos.

I've been trying to recover these, but all programs I've come across seem really untrustworthy. Could someone please help me recover my data, or direct me to a reliable program which does recover data?

    Thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! That can be very difficult to achieve, and might be impossible. You could try a program like DiskDigger (which has been suggested by Jerry Hildenbrand), but the phone has to be rooted.
