How to save pics from the update failed Galaxy S3 w/VM?? OR find update disk image?

Hi. I posted this topic about a week ago.

Help! After update, Virgin Mobile Galaxy S3 forced to recovery mode. How can I save pics internal..
I can't paste URL because of my post number is not enough.

As I advised, I take my sister's Galaxy S3 to Best Buy.
But unfortunately, they said they couldn't do this anything.

My sister has already contacted to insurance OR customer service, she'll be got a new one with around 100 bucks.

She still want to save pics...Are there any way?

I searched several ways seem work.

1. I think if I can update with ADB OR external storage, is this right? but I need update disk image. I googled it I couldn't find it.
2. Using Kies and update, It might be work. But I tried to connect Kies, app couldn't connect device.

Again the following is my spec.
Carrier: Virgin Mobile
Phone: Galaxy S3 (SPH-L710)

If you want to save pictures just boot the device up and copy the images to a computer or upload online.

If you can't boot, then unfortunately there's nothing you can do to retrieve the photos.

I can't boot normally. Forced this recovery mode.
So I give it up...:'(
