I have 3 Nexus 4 devices. Two are already running the 5.0.1 update as of today. One is still on KitKat 4.4.4. I feel something is amiss. I called Google support and they said just wait. Could someone direct me to the information I need to install the factory image for Lollipop and how to go about it.

Stock recovery? All system files original and untouched?

Thank you for your reply.Yes, all stock. I have tried a factory reset several times, but it will not update past 4.4.4.

Thank you for your assistance, but I could not get the phone to accept any of the commands i.e. ./fastboot oem reboot. I got the SDK downloaded and the factory image extracted to the same folder, but I could not get any of the commands accepted from the CMD.

Try the wugsfresh toolkit, that's a pretty foolproof way to get updates on Nexus phones.
