    When i touch the video player it freezers for a couple of seconds and then says: unfortunately, samsung video has stopped. please tell me what to do

    Welcome to Android Central! Try going to the App Manager and look for the Video app. Select it, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Does it work now?

    If that doesn't work (or if you can't find it), try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
