Why isn't my wifi connecting on my Samsung S5 Android?

My Samsung s5 android phone - rooted - was suddenly having issues connecting to WIFI

(it said when connectivity is better) - I removed some apps that i thought were interfering , such as mobile2go and device.manager (which i believe is what i had installed when i put on stealthgenie while my kid wanted to use ) - Now my phone only works on 4G for such apps like whatsapp and for email, but once i connect to wifi , I lose anything associated with internet , even Play Store and regular Browser.... How can i repair , and what happened with the apps i deleted (it may have been one more that i deleted) - but if I turn Wifi off , then the 4g kicks everything back on... Help

The easiest way is to back up all your apps, back up all your app data (Helium will do both), back up your texts (SMS Backup & Restore), back up your files (pictures, videos, music,etc.) - all of which should always be backed up anyway - you never know when the phone will slip out of your hand right in front of the tire of a truck that won't stop ... then reflash the stock ROM. (Or ask at the Samsung Experience desk at a Best Buy to do it for you if you're in the US.) Then restore everything.

How do I install Helium ? Through PLAY Store ?
And what do you mean Reflash the Stock ROM (Sorry , im new to all this) - is that a system factory restore ?
